Recent diversification plans have seen us extending our reach to the real estate market. With the backing of years of experience in the construction business, real estate was the next logical step in building a global infrastructure and construction brand.

We entered into a joint venture in 2006 and made our presence felt in the residential segment through the promotion of 220 apartments off the IT corridor of Chennai. Our next project envisages semi-luxury American style condominiums: a total of six hundred condos set in landscaped splendour and supported by a clubhouse, a swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court and other leisure facilities at the manufacturing hub of Sriperambudur.

Our future plans comprise the building of IT parks, plug and play offices, hospitality, service apartments, healthcare cities that will continue the saga of quality and integrity that NAPC is renowned for.

60 years ago, we made a humble beginning in the industrial construction sphere with the building of a small road for a textile mill in Mumbai. The 21st century has seen us working with all the big industrial brands in India.
